We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Freelance Area Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling leading products in the city of Los Angeles, California. These products are so innovative and well-regarded that they practically sell themselves once introduced.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Team Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-performing sales professionals to meet the needs of our expanding business.
  2. Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients. Ensure customer satisfaction and manage the quality of product and service delivery.
  3. Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
  4. Sales Goals: Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. Design and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base.
  5. Reporting: Track sales metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis. Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Proven sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Previous experience as a sales manager or sales director, ideally within the tech industry.
  3. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation.
  4. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  5. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.

Education:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.
