Role Overview
Lead the development and execution of our city/town sales strategy, building and managing a network of state/regional sales teams while driving revenue growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute city/town-level sales strategy
- Build and manage city/town-level sales teams
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Establish and maintain high-value client relationships
- Oversee commission structures and team performance
- Report directly to international management
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Proven track record in IT/technical services sales
- Experience managing multi-state operations
- Strong understanding of digital services and SEO
- Demonstrated P&L responsibility
- Excellence in team building and leadership
