Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar.
- Ensure excellent customer service and promote a positive atmosphere.
- Manage inventory and supply orders.
- Train and supervise bar staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Plan and manage bar promotions and events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
